New basement servicing facility

Proposed sectional perspective of the scheme. Particularly evident is the new holistic basement space, accessed from Avery Row and made possible via the redevelopment of 8 Lancashire Court. This basement will allow the various units on Lancashire Court to operate and be serviced far more efficiently than at present.
