Morrow and Lorraine’s scheme at 116 Marylebone Lane, the refurbishment of the former Cordon Bleu cookery school to create a 10,000 sq ft office building in the heart of the Harley Street Conservation Area.

Morrow and Lorraine’s scheme at Weymouth Mews, W1, which involved the demolition of an existing building within the curtilage of a grade II*-listed building and replacement with a new development of five residential units spread over four storeys behind a retained façade.
